Remote Backup is completely internet-based, transferring data to Athena’s operations centre at set intervals.

Your backup data is stored at Athena’s hosting centre in the former National Bank depot in Odense. Deep under ground, behind a half meter thick steel door, your data is completely safe from power outage and fires.

We store data at two physically separate server locations. All processes and routines are monitored, and you will receive daily status e-mails detailing data transfers in the last 24 hours.

Restore – quick and easy
If the worst should happen, and you need to retrieve your data from our backup storage, you can do so with a few clicks of your mouse.
Just select the file(s) you want to restore, click on “restore” – and your data is on their way. System crashes no longer equal business losses!

Fast and easy installation
Our technicians will install the necessary software on your company server(s). We then perform a complete backup of all relevant files and folders to the Athena Remote Backup system, and your backup system is up and running. In the future, only changes to existing data will be backed up. Every day, you will receive a backup status e-mail to put your mind completely at ease.
